How Do I Cancel or Return My Order?

1. Create an Online Request Through Your Membership Account

For order cancellation/return requests, we kindly ask you to log in to your account and create an online support request through the My Account section. This allows us to process your request more quickly.

If you are not a registered member, you will need to send the product to us together with your invoice in order to initiate the return process.

2. Prepare the Package and Include Your Invoice

Please securely pack the products in their original packaging and include your invoice inside the package.

If you cannot locate your invoice, you may contact our customer service department during business hours at +90 212 612 10 02 for assistance.

3. Deliver Your Return Package to the Nearest MNG Cargo Branch

When handing over your return package to the representative at your nearest MNG Cargo branch, simply provide the following return address for Altınbaşak Kitchenware.

Exchange Conditions

Only products that have not been used and have not been damaged due to consumer-related causes are eligible for exchange.

You may submit your exchange request by emailing [email protected], and our team will contact you as soon as possible.


Order Cancellation

In accordance with consumer rights regulations, you may exercise your right to cancel your order before it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

To do so, before receiving the email notification confirming that your order has been shipped, you may either:

  • Submit an "Order Cancellation" request through the My Account / My Return Requests section, or
  • Send an email containing your order details to [email protected].

If your order has already been shipped, you may exercise your right to return the product within thirty (30) days, in accordance with consumer protection laws.


Refunds

The amount for your approved return will be refunded to the account or credit card used for the original payment within seven (7) business days. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address registered in our system.

Due to remote working arrangements implemented by banks during the COVID-19 period, refund processing delays may occasionally occur. In such cases, any delays related to the transfer of your refund are the responsibility of the bank with which you conduct your transactions.
