I would like to return my product. What should I do?

• Please place the item you wish to return in a protective outer box without damaging its original packaging before shipping it back.
• For the return of set products, partial returns are not accepted. The entire set, including all accessories, must be returned together.

What is the return period?

• The return period is 30 business days from the date your order is delivered to you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

• Your refund will be processed within 7 business days at the latest after the returned product reaches our factory.

My products were delivered damaged/broken. What should I do?

• If you find any broken or damaged items in your order, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Simply send an email to [email protected].

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

• Your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

What is the difference between Multi Metal and Elite Multi Metal frying pans?

• The only difference between our Multi Metal and Elite Multi Metal frying pans is the handle design.
• The handles of the Elite Multi Metal frying pans are manufactured using 201 Grade Stainless Steel, whereas the Multi Metal frying pans feature handles made from 304 Grade Stainless Steel.
• The distinction is primarily reflected in their appearance.
